Pellet Pro installed. Had to cut a square hole where the access for the wood smoker box goes. Jig saws work great for this task.
You can see the 4 bolts holding the Pellet Pro and the temperature probe.
This is originally how the charcoal grate goes.
But it fit's perfectly upside down.
Makes for a nice drip shield to divert the drippings to the bottom catch tin can.
This Char Griller grill comes with nice cast iron grates. Waiting for the MEAT.
The notch in the Pellet Pro seems to be made to mount to this grill.
I used the Char Griller Model#2823 BBQ as my base. It gives me 23in of smoking space. There is another model 7in bigger for those large smoking tasks. And at $99 from your local home improvement store you can't beat it.
